8U Teams have the opportunity to begin learning the game of softball.  Through practices and games with other local 8U teams, the girls learn the fundamentals of throwing, hitting, and catching.  Girls will play lots of different positions to get experience.

2020 Season

Registration fees for 2020 will be $100 for 8U.  The season will last from early June until mid-July.  We anticipate playing other local 8U teams.

NO Stealing

-NO advancing on passed balls

-4 pitches then hit off tee (keep game moving)

-5 runs or 3 outs ends inning, whichever comes first

-Infield players have to play in position, but can have as many outfielders as you want.

-When the teams coach goes out to pitch to their team, they will bring out their own 2-3 game balls in case of foul balls. Each team hitting will use their own balls.
